Heart of the City
Seven years of my life were wrought by agoraphobia. It's tethers still are still clinging around in my mind every day.
The city and it's hive of people that it breeds & shapes are still the greatest fear that I have besides death itself. I've struggled and fought long & hard to get past my years of phobia-induced isolation, and what scares me most at night is that hiding just around the corner or under the cushy padded mattress... is relapse.
