What truly terrifies me about bed bugs is not only that you can pick them up anywhere, or that they are super hard to get rid of, or that they suck your blood while you sleep - no, what really gets to me is that you can't feel them when they bite you. They are vampires which always have an invitation, and when you wake up you have a literal bump to show for the horror which went on last night.
Gah. This makes me itch. I have heard so many stories about these things- the horrors of trying to get rid of them. Great image.
